What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, password (hashed).
• Brand setup: your brand name, competitors, and the queries you want tracked.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage: basic logs so we can keep the service running and debug issues.
• Demo enquiries: what you type into our demo or contact forms.

What we do with it

• Run scans across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity for the queries you told us to track.
• Show you the results in your dashboard.
• Contact you about your account, trial, or a demo you asked for.
• Bill you if you subscribe.

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever.
• Share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• Use your brand or query data to train third-party AI models.
• Send marketing spam. If you didn't ask for it, you won't get it.

Who we share data with

Only the vendors we need to run the service:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud (database and hosting)
• OpenAI, Google, Anthropic (to run your scans, using the queries you configured)

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email us at hello@branchtracker.ai and we'll sort it within 30 days.

Data location

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by our cloud providers. We're an Australian company based in Sydney and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
