Terms of Service

The service

branch ai runs queries against third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and reports where your brand shows up. Results depend on those platforms and can change without notice. We don't guarantee any particular ranking or visibility outcome.

Your account

• You must be 18+ and authorised to represent the brand you set up.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Don't use branch ai to track brands you have no legitimate business reason to track.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in AUD. All prices include tax.
• Free trials last 7 days. If you don't cancel, your card is charged at the end of the trial.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't refund partial months.

Fair use

Your plan includes a set number of queries and scans. If you're consistently exceeding your limits, we'll let you know and suggest a bigger plan. We may throttle or pause abusive usage.

Your data

You own your brand data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

Liability

branch ai is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or specific business outcomes. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
